Why sit

You can get a lot of steps in at most airports. I have started pacing the terminals while I wait for my flight. I walk the lengh the place, as far as I can, and back. And back and forth. I can get in 5k steps easily.

Stairs too. Those are great especially in Chicago when you change terminals. I'm starting to see more people doing this.
